At Lasting Pawprints we will help your pet on their final journey in the comfort of your own home. Based in Rakaia and servicing Canterbury focusing on wider Christchurch, Selwyn and Ashburton districts.
We offer a range of different services to meet your family and pets needs including a second visit to collect their body if you would like more time together.
Your pet will be handled in a kind and caring manner.
Fur clippings, ink nose and pawprints as well as a clay paw print of your pet will be made at the time of your visit.
All services to be paid for either online banking or in cash at the time of visit. Please contact us if you have any questions as we are happy to help.

Your pet will be individually cremated and respectfully handled on their journey to and from the crematorium.

Wooden engraved keepsake urn with the choice to include a photo of your pet.
Gentle waters
From $260
Individually handled, water based alternative to traditional cremation for those wanting to decrease their carbon footprint. Options include beautiful scattertubes or wooden urns

No hidden costs. All visits include sedation, euthanasia drugs, ink nose and paw prints, clay paw print and mileage within Ashburton and Selwyn districts.
Additional charges for homes outside these areas, larger pets or delayed body collection. Services to be paid before or at time of visit.

Dogs 10 - 20kg $450
Dogs 20 - 30kg $475
Dogs 30 - 40kg $500
for visits in Selwyn and Ashburton Districts.
